In line with this, we will gladly refund you or provide you with another product of equal value if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be:
- In good condition, with the original packaging still intact
- Shipped back to our office within 1 week of receiving it
- Defective because of a manufacturing error
*Example: If you received the item on the 7th of the month, you should post it by the latest on the 14th. We do not have to receive it by the 14th.
We will not allow returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met. These conditions apply to products sold on our website as well as e-commerce channels like Lazada and Shopee.
